Update (11:45:00 UTC 07/10/26) - Our team continues to investigate this issue. We do not have a restoration ETA at this time. Thank you for your continued patience.

Update (12:50:00 UTC 07/10/26) - Connectivity has been restored to nearly all services on our network. We will continue to provide updates until the issue is fully resolved.

Resolved (12:57:00 UTC 07/10/26) - Full connectivity has been restored to all of Singapore at this time. We apologize for the trouble and appreciate your patience during the event.
